Floating in Auchenflower

The brief was simple, “Make use of the small space in the corner of the living room created by the blinds."

The tricky little corner was also the location of the essential services for running the tv and accessories, power, internet and antenna were all located in this corner.

The block wall left no space within the wall to run the cabling so a false back was used in the center section. When painted to match the wall this blends seamlessly into the room.

Providing good access to the Semi floating shelves on the right hand side was a priority. The shelves are easily accessed when the door with Blum 155 degree hinges is fully swung open.

The Doors and panels have a 3mm round to finish of the edges and the joinery is finished in white satin 2 pack paint.
